This program is a scam and should be pulled from the market. This is the shocking Fat Loss for Idiots Diet Review that will make you think twice about buying. I had two main problems with the program that I will cover in a second.
First the author says this “You have gotten overweight by eating the wrong foods, that much is a fact. And guess what? You can get SLIM by eating the right foods at the right intervals each day.”
So you mean to tell me that I can get slim from eating different foods? At certain Intervals? That right there sounds fishy. But I bought the program like an “idiot” anyway.
Also the author of Fat Loss for Idiots says this “What if we could show you a system of eating which was so different from anything else you’ve ever seen, that you’ll notice a change in your body in just 11 Days from Today?” Yea right, what kind of program is this? You mean starve myself? It’s not going to happen.
Now I have to eat my words, but I’ll get to that in a second. First if you do not want to loose weight then Fat Loss 4 Idiots is not for you. Luckily, I did want to loose weight, and after the first eleven days I lost 10 lbs. At first I was skeptical about Fat Loss for Idiots, but I ate my words and tried it. 10lbs in 11 days.
To tell you the truth, I didn’t even follow the plan down to every last detail, I relapsed a few times and still was able to loose weight. The next week was even more incredible because I followed the plan down to the last detail and lost 13 lbs.
